Anthony Cacciatore is an Ohio-licensed attorney with over a decade of experience defending professionals in complex administrative proceedings. He previously served as in-house counsel for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, deployed as a JAG officer in Iraq, and is a certified instrument-rated pilot. He founded Cacciatore Legal LLC to offer practical, client-focused representation for those navigating FAA, federal agency, and military investigations.

Anthony Cacciatore is the founder of Cacciatore Legal LLC, a Cincinnati-based law firm representing federal employees, pilots, and service members across the country. He is licensed in Ohio and represents clients in federal forums nationwide. Before founding the firm, Anthony served as Labor & Employment Counsel for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, managing a large docket of MSPB, EEOC, FLRA, and internal agency cases. He has tried over 15 cases to verdict and advised on disciplinary investigations, adverse actions, and EEO matters across six VA medical centers. In addition to his civilian practice, Anthony is a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He has deployed as a National Security Law Attorney and Deputy Command Judge Advocate, where he led investigations, advised commanders on administrative law, and supervised legal teams. Anthony is also an instrument-rated private pilot and aircraft owner. He has conducted investigations into Army aviation incidents and represents certificated pilots and mechanics in FAA enforcement actions, NTSB certificate appeals, and transactional matters involving aircraft ownership. Anthony created Cacciatore Legal to offer practical, responsive legal support for professionals navigating high-stakes administrative issues.
